COMMUNITY CAPITAL
Bridging the Gap

Prosperity Alliance has extensive experience in involving community members before, during, and after the development of a residential community

Before development, these services include gathering feedback from local residents, hosting public forums, and conducting surveys to understand community needs and concerns

During development we are intentional on providing updates on the progress of the project, creating opportunities for community input on design choices, and crafting mitigation plans for any disruptions caused by construction

After the development is complete, Prosperity Alliance will facilitate the development or enhancement of resident associations, organize events to foster a sense of community, and address any issues that arise post-construction

Overall, these services are crucial for fostering positive relationships between developers, community members, and municipalities, ensuring that the needs and voices of the local community are considered and respected throughout the development process
